Our customers deserve impeccable quality on every order. To achieve this goal, Spectra Symbol successfully undertook the improvments necessary to become an ISO certified company. Orion Registrar Inc. awarded us the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard Certification.

In addition to our ISO certification, Spectra Symbol has a quality attitude. Departmental TQM quality circles meet weekly to address problems. A system approach is employed when implementing corrective and preventative actions.

Statistical methods are utilized throughout the production process to assess such things as ink deposit, loop resistance, dimensional, stability and die-cut tolerances. Moreover, individual employees are empowered and trained to take ownership in the success of the process.
